Scrubndirt at A Place to Ride!!

I have been riding dirt bikes, in the woods for 30 years. I bought my first bike from Mike Day, (still my close friend today) for $300. It was a 1976 YZ-80. I rode it hard! Thanks Mike. I bought my first “Green Machine” in 1981, and haven’t looked back. The KX is an Extreme Machine for an Extreme Sport! Started riding motocross in 2007, and joined District 6 and hold an AMA card. Started racing in 2008. My racing record includes - top point holder in the Atco Raceway’s - 12 Race Series in Atco, New Jersey. With a first moto crash and a 2nd moto 1st place. I received 2nd over all, in Wildwood, New Jersey. I qualified for the Tri-State Championship Series Race at Raceway Park, Englishtown, New Jersey. Raced Walden MX Track in Wallkill, New York. Placed 2nd in first of three motos. Second moto - crashed out, DNF. This was my first time on this track, and was taking numbers, until the mishap in the rhythm section, caused by the rider in front of me. 3 weeks later, still recovering from my injuries. I’m on a Mission for the 2009 Motocross Season. I‘m going to race the District 6, Championship, Sweep the Atco Raceway Series, and win the Tri-State Series Championship. I train at several tracks in the tri-state area prepping for the 09 race season. In my first money race of the 09 season, I was up front; when I double rutted a tight corner and blew my knee out! This brings us to Jimmy Ivy, my boy. He has been racing for 10 years, I made him up a training and nutrition regiment and Jimmy took it to the championship. Good job Champ! I have worked with several riders since my home in Jersey, but I wanted to do more! We started looking for tracks for sale, and found a place in Ohio. We wanted to purchase the trach, but it just wasn't working out. Then we ran into Judy Krieger, a very nice women from Monroe Georgia. Which brings us up to date. And the announcement of the opening of Scrubndirt at a "A Place to Ride," in Monroe, Georgia. Come on out, and Scrub Some Dirt!!! Looking forward to seeing you!
